

David Rhode, Executive Director
Before David founded Pitch in For Baseball, he ran his own business for 12 years. He also has Marketing Management experience with Procter & Gamble and H.J. Heinz. David is a graduate of Georgetown University and an avid youth sports coach for his two sons.
Roy Smalley, III, President
Baseball is in Roy's blood. An All-American at USC, he followed that up with 13 Major League seasons including 9 with the Minnesota Twins and 2+ with the New York Yankees. Career highlights include the Twins 1987 World Championship and starting at shortstop in the 1979 All-Star game. Following retirement from the game, Roy served as the Executive Director of the 1991 International Special Olympics and a baseball analyst on ESPN's "Baseball Tonight." Currently, Roy is a Sr. VP/Weath Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Minneapolis, and an analyst for Twins broadcasts on Fox Sports North. He and his wife, Christine, have three grown children.
Scott Hendrickson
Scott brings a variety of youth marketing and business development experience to Pitch In For Baseball, having worked for such companies as Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Marvel Enterprises Inc., Hershey Entertainment Corporation, Busch Entertainment Corporation, Penn State Sports Marketing and now currently at Sports Illustrated Kids. Scott graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Marketing where he focused on Entertainment Marketing. His passion for baseball began with a simple "Father-Son" catch in the backyard and has continued ever since.
Angela C. Marcantonini
Angela is a Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., serving the suburban Philadelphia market. Angela comes to Pitch In For Baseball with a life long passion for baseball and working with children. She is currently on the Board of a local recreation association and active in several other charities. With two sons playing Little League baseball, you'll find Angela on a baseball field more than anywhere else.
Bill Piszek Bill is Vice President of the Copernicus Society of America, a private foundation. He's also a long-time supporter of promoting Little League Baseball internationally.
John Yengo John is a Partner and Executive Vice-President at Barefoot, in charge of Account Management and Account Planning at the Cincinnati based advertising agency. Prior to joining Barefoot, John was Vice-President of Marketing for IBM and was Marketing Director for Procter & Gamble's Laundry and Fabric Care Division before that. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Rochester. John's second job is coaching the basketball, baseball and soccer teams for his three sons.
Mark Solomon Mark is Vice President of Astea International, Inc. and a graduate of the Wharton School of Business. He has a successful career of leading and delivering large projects for clients. While his playing days are long past, Mark's love of baseball and charitable projects brings him to PIFB with excitement and enthusiasm.
Patrick Wilson
Patrick Wilson has held the title of Vice President of Operations for Little League Baseball and Softball since 2005. Pat's duties include overseeing and coordinating the operations of Little League International's five regional centers in the United States and four abroad. As part of these responsibilities, he assists with coordinating the annual World Series tournaments in eight divisions of baseball and softball. A native of Williamsport, Pa. where he played Little League, Pat still resides with his wife, Jennifer, and daughter, Ella.
Arthur Pincus
Based in New York City, Mr. Pincus serves as a consultant on editorial matters, public relations, and the internet. With experience as a senior editor and reporter for The New York Times and The Washington Post, and as a senior executive for the National Hockey League, Mr. Pincus brings a wide array of expertise and talent to Pitch In For Baseball.
Rick Perko
Rick is the president and CEO of Immersion Media, a sports-industry pioneer and leader in the multi-media instructional and fan-engagement space. Overall, Rick has spent 20 years in the sports industry, the first ten of which were at the NCAA. He has been active on the community sports scene for a number of years, coaching youth sports and helping to manage the local Dixie Youth Baseball program in Fayetteville, NC.
Bradley J. Korman, Advisory Board
Brad is the President of Korman Communities, a company specializing in multi-family properties. He earned his B.A. from Duke University, and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Brett Rhode, Advisory Board
Brett has been providing investment consulting and advisory services for the last 20 years with UBS Financial Services, Inc. He specializes in working with individuals, pension plans, foundations and endowments. Brett graduated from Villanova University in 1983 with a B.S. in Finance.
Robert L. Santangelo, Advisory Board
Robert is President of Santangelo Real Estate, a second-generation suburban Philadelphia real estate firm. An avid sports fan, he holds a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.
Anthony G. Cinelli, Advisory Board
Tony is a Certified Public Accountant and shareholder at Fegley and Associates. He's also a member of the Rotary Club of Norristown and on the Board of Directors of the Pathway School, which serves children with learning disabilities. Tony is also a Little League baseball coach and father of two baseball fan sons
Timothy Rowland, Advisory Board
Tim is a corporate account executive at Eli Lilly and Company. He has a Master of Bioethics degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Family Relations from North Dakota State University. He's a father and coach to two little leaguers.
